Vitale Novello & Co. Srl was founded as Bersani Vitale in 1979 by Marco Vitale and Pio Bersani, both partners at Arthur Andersen. In 2000 the company changed its name to Vitale Novello & Co. Srl, after Pio Bersani left the partnership, replaced by Pierluigi Novello.
